“We made 55,200 trips and handled an average of over 11,000 calls a day for the 5-day period during the Super Bowl 2004, and were still able to optimize our dispatch operation with Digital Dispatch’s solution. This was 57 percent over our normal business volume compared to the same time the previous year and the system handled the demand with superb efficiency. We have over 1300 vehicles in total running on their system and it has served us well.”
