OAIS is one of the largest multi-fleet operators in India managing seven different transportation business units throughout the country.

(TSX: DD) is pleased to announce that it has won several new customers in North America for eTaxi, its new managed dispatch service, including Central Valley Taxi & Limousine Service of Abbotsford and Alouette Transit Systems Ltd. of Mapleridge, both of British Columbia, and Green Cab Taxi & Disabled Services, Association LLC. of Kent, Washington. Digital Dispatch also won a new contract for its enterprise taxi application PathFinder™ and 170 iPilot 8000™ mobile computers from STITA Taxi of Seattle, Washington. These contracts are worth approximately $1 million in aggregate.

Digital Dispatch wins ASI deal worth $3.32 Million

Richmond, BC, October 23, 2007 - Access Services Inc. of Los Angeles, California (“ASI”), one of the largest paratransit operators in North America, has announced that it will recommend to its Board that Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. (TSX: DD) be ratified as ASI’s primary solutions provider for its paratransit fleet. Upon Board approval, ASI will award Digital Dispatch a contract worth approximately $3.32 million for project management services requiring the integration of Adept software from StrataGen Systems Inc. of Kirkland, Washington (“StrataGen”) with voice recognition software from Unified Dispatch LLC of Altadena, California. This contract includes the initial purchase plus a five year service agreement.

Digital Dispatch Closes Mobisoft Acquisition

Digital Dispatch Enters South African Market

Richmond, BC, August 27, 2007 - Digital Dispatch Systems Inc. (TSX: DD) and Durban, South Africa-based Emcom SA (Pty) Ltd. have entered into an agreement whereby Emcom will purchase Vector 530™ mobile data terminals from Digital Dispatch for its client Eskom, South Africa's primary electricity supplier. Emcom has started issuing purchase orders for the Vector 530™. This agreement could potentially result in orders for all of Eskom's fleet of 5,000 vehicles. These transactions will be insured by Export Development Canada.
