The largest contract is with Avail Technologies Inc. of Pennsylvania to supply Mobile Data Terminals to a number of Avail’s clients across North America. Avail is a StrataGen partner focused on mid-market fixed route Transit applications, one of the largest market segments in the industry.

DDS Wireless Receives Follow-on Orders from one of Europe’s Largest Taxi Fleet Operators, and South African Reseller

Richmond, BC, November 13, 2009 – DDS Wireless International (TSX: DD), today announced follow-on orders from long-term customers in Europe and South Africa. In Europe, the Company’s Taxi Business Unit, Digital Dispatch, received an order from Taxi G7 of Paris, one of the largest taxi fleet operators in Europe. The order for the Company’s iPilot 8000™ Mobile Data Terminals (“MDTs”), is valued at more than $600,000, and follows a similar sized order delivered in the second quarter. The mobile units, developed and manufactured by DDS Wireless, are the new iMax 8000™product. The value of the contract is approximately $400,000. DDS Wireless Announces Several Significant Taxi Deals - Schedules Third Quarter 2009 Earnings Release and Conference Call

DDS Wireless signs $1,000,000 contract with OAIS of India

Richmond, BC, September 30, 2009 – DDS Wireless International Inc.’s Taxi business unit, Digital Dispatch, today announces that it has signed a contract for 1,000 Vector mobile data terminals (“MDT”) with ORIX Auto Infrastructure Services Limited (“OAIS”) of Mumbai, India. OAIS had previously purchased 750 MDTs and this brings the total to 1,750 units. The contract also includes a five year service agreement for support and maintenance of the system. DDS Wireless is immediately going to expand its existing Indian office to provide support services and repairs. The total contract is worth approximately $1 million dollars.

DDS Wireless signs $7.0 M contract with Taxi Düsseldorf eG

Richmond, BC, August 27, 2009 – DDS Wireless International Inc.’s Taxi business unit, Digital Dispatch, today announces that it has signed a contract for approximately $7.0 million with one of Germany’s leading Taxi cooperatives, Taxi Düsseldorf eG. The contract includes the implementation and licensing of Digital Dispatch’s leading Pathfinder™ taxi dispatch system along with the Company’s latest generation iMax 8000™ mobile data terminals, and also includes a seven year service agreement for support and maintenance of the system. The system is for 1,240 iMax 8000™ mobile data terminals, with turn-by-turn navigation, GPRS wireless modem and other peripheral equipment. The contract is subject to certain conditions and will result in some revenue from the contract being recognized in the current fiscal year. Most of the revenue is expected to be recognized over the next 2 years and the service revenue in the subsequent years.
